When lowering your 83-97 with Drop Springs or Bags yes you will want to use Radius Arm Relocators or Tubular Radius Arms kit. They Raise your Radius Arm ends up correcting your Radius arm geometry. You do not need to use Radius Arm Relocators with Drop Beams only.
Drop Beams will bring your truck down 3" without changing any suspension geometry. They simple just raise your Spindle/Knuckle up 3" resulting in no suspension geometry change really. Drop Springs lower the truck but can cause negative camber. Camber Bushings can correct that camber up to certain point. The bottom line is Drop Springs can get the job done but Drop Beams are the best option.
DJM arms are designed to Drop the truck and maintain good camber. The lower arms provide a 2" drop and the upper arms help correct camber when paired with Drop Springs. If you use stock arms and just Drop Springs you'll have negative camber, but it can be fixed to a certain extent with Camber Bolts. Rule of thumb is Camber Bolts can fix camber with up to about 3" drop Springs. We also offer adjustable Upper Control Arms for maximum camber adjustment.
General rule of thumb is 5" drop requires no notch unless you are hauling weight or really hitting some hard bumps. The Axle Flip Kits we sell include lower profile bump stops for you to install.
Because they are selling you kits that don't Include the correct stuff to bag a Ranger. They are just generic kits that aren't going to allow your Ranger to lay out. You need the parts that are made for a Ranger. Specific Bag Brackets, Control Arms, Bag Cups, Beams, Raised Crossmembers, Rear Links, Notches, etc etc are required. This ain't no dam S10 that's for sure.
